Do you work outside of the DC area? +

Absolutely! We're based in DC but travel anywhere in the US and abroad. Estimated travel costs will be included in your proposal after our consultation call.

How do you price milestone events? +

Pricing is highly dependent on the type of celebration, guest count, scope, and timeline. We build custom proposals for every client after an initial consultation. Reach out to schedule a discovery call and we'll talk through what makes sense for your event and budget.

How far in advance should we book? +

It depends on the type of celebration. For bar and bat mitzvahs, we recommend 9-12 months out. For milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and other events, 3-6 months is often a good starting point. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible for your timeline.

How do you handle family dynamics and multiple opinions? +

With grace and honesty. We've navigated complex family situations many times. We help manage expectations through clear communication, create space for multiple voices, and make sure the person being celebrated stays at the center of every decision.

Can you help with bar and bat mitzvahs specifically? +

Yes! We work with families to honor both tradition and your child's authentic personality, coordinate with clergy and family members, and manage the full scope of the celebration. We understand the cultural and spiritual significance of the milestone and treat it with the care it deserves.

Yes! We have a business license and liability insurance, which we can provide to venues as needed.
